Coaching
I began my transformation from fat to fit in 2006. Since then I have finished 35+ marathons, 40+ Triathlons from Sprint to Ironman, and now help athletes achieve their goals as the Head Coach of Lifelong Endurance & Peak Performance Running.
My Mission
As an Endurance Coach, my mission is simple - I want to help you become the best version of yourself. I bring my personal transformational experience and knowledge to the table. I inspire athletes to become the highest and best version of themselves by applying the fundamental principles of training, guiding athletes through the application of the small details. Most importantly, I help athletes understand the importance of how to take ownership of the final outcome.
Cost
I believe that athletes require 4 things to grow to become the best version of themselves and ultimately allow me to do my best work :
1) Communication 2) Accountability 3)Discipline 4) Analytics & Feedback
This requires time for the development of both a plan, and a weekly, daily, and monthly outlook on where the athlete currently is, and where they want to go.
I work with athletes by 1 month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month contracts. This commitment to the process is what allows me to see consistent and repeatable results. If you expect to make a 15%+ improvement in fitness in your first month - I am not your coach. I focus on fundamentals first, and build athletes from the ground up into functionally strong, and confident to tackle any surface/ any distance.
